Please note that for safety and hygiene reasons, certain textiles and bedding must remain in their sealed factory wrapping to be eligible for a refund.

Log into your account portal and select the specific order containing the home goods you wish to return to generate a Return Authorization number.

Secure the Packaging

Carefully repackage your items in their original boxes with all protective padding to ensure fragile home decor arrives back at our warehouse undamaged.

Affix the Label

Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and attach it clearly to the outside of your parcel, ensuring any previous shipping labels are fully covered.

Drop Off and Refund

Deliver your package to the nearest authorized carrier location; once our quality team inspects the items, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
